Account Registration

  • •Violating any third-party rights or agreements
Intellectual Property
  • •QikCard retains all rights to platform technology
  • •Users retain rights to their original content
  • •Limited license granted for platform use only
  • •Respect trademarks and copyrighted materials
  • •Report intellectual property violations
  • •DMCA takedown procedures available
Limitation of Liability
  • •Service provided 'as is' without warranties
  • •No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • •Maximum liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months
  • •Users responsible for backup of important data

By using QikCard's blockchain features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • •Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may result in losses
  • •Network fees and gas costs are your responsibility
  • •Regulatory compliance is your responsibility in your jurisdiction

Account Termination

By You

  • • Export your data before termination
  • • Hardware remains your property
  • • Blockchain assets remain accessible

By QikCard

  • • Violation of terms or policies
  • • Non-payment of fees
  • • Illegal or harmful activities
  • • 30-day notice for convenience

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in NCR, Philippines.
